Following discussions with our Convoyer it is becoming more apparent that unless we can guarantee an early liberation from Seaham Harbour and Whitley Bay, they are now unsuitable race points.

Therefore the Emergency Committee have decided to change from Seaham Harbour to Darlington and Whitley Bay to Blaydon.
